City CarShare BAWT program:
Additional Rules and Regulations

By joining City CarShare (CCS), you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in City CarShare’s Member Handbook. Here are additional terms and conditions for CCS/BAWT members:

  • You may only use the BAWTmobiles to transport children for youth programs. You may not use any other City CarShare vehicle to transport youth.
  • When you return BAWT’s gear to the “gear library”, you will see a handheld vacuum cleaner. Use it to pick up the crumbs. The BAWTmobiles must be clean when they are returned. These vehicles are shared by the greater CCS community so please be considerate of your fellow car share members. Besides, if a vehicle is returned dirty and the next member reports it, you’ll get a dirty-car fine.
  • BAWT needs to approve any member who wants to sign up as a CCS/BAWT member. BAWT may also deny any BAWT member access to the program at anytime.
  • BAWT members can reserve the BAWTmobiles for more than 3 days. This policy only extends to the BAWTmobiles. Other CCS fleet vehicles cannot be reserved for more than 3 days.
  • BAWT members do not get to use City CarShare’s “Buck to Deduct” insurance reduction benefit.
