BAWT by numbers Do you like to hike at night?
Auntie's Carob Energy Bars: Mix the following ingredients together and set aside: 1 cup roasted carob power (I substitute Ghiradelli chocolate powder) Heat 1 cup natural peanut butter and 1 cup raw honey in a 2 quart sauce pan until easy to stir. Stir in dry ingredients quickly. Pack into 8x8 pan and cool. In general, you don’t need to follow the recipe that closely, just throw in whatever you have as far as nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.
