Committees
BAWT has a wide range of active committees that are always looking for more help! Most committees meet on a monthly basis at the BAWT Oakland office and are comprised of interns, staff, volunteers, and board members.

Programs Committee
The Programs Committee is responsible for gear maintenance, planning and preparation of courses and program calender, as well as any special alumni events.

Development Committee
BAWT’s Development Committee is responsible for the organizations development strategy and helping to facilitate development activities such as fundraising events and promotional campaigns.

Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee is in charge of overseeing BAWT’s marketing and web strategy, public relations/community outreach, and provide tactical marketing support including copy writing and creative consulting.

Climbing For Kids Committee
Climbing for Kids is BAWT’s largest fundraising event and the CFK Committee is responsible for recruiting and supporting climbers in their fundraising efforts.
