Rentals are for those who are not trained by BAWT.
Making a Reservation:

Complete the form and rename the file with your first initial, last name, date and “rental.” Here is an example: JSmith 04-20 rental.xls.
Email the equipment rental request form to Gear@bawt.org and include the same information in the subject line of your message. We will usually be able to confirm your request within 48 hours. While we do have a growing supply of equipment, the earlier you get in your gear request form, the better. This is especially true in our busiest months — June, July and August — where there is a very limited supply of gear we can make available for rentals.
Payment:
All rental fees are due at time of rental. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. The charge is based on the number of nights the gear checked out.

- Jr. Rising Star $8.00 first day, $5.00 additional day
Tents

Clothing Sets
(Includes rain shell pants and rain shell jacket, breathable thermal polypro top and bottom, fleece pants and top, hiking boots)

- Group of 20-30: $100.00/day
Winter Sets (Includes snow jacket, snow pants, gaiters, gloves and boots)

You must be 18 years or older to rent equipment.
Returns: All equipment must be returned clean and dry, and in such a condition that it may be rented or loaned again. Repair or replacement charges will be assessed on any damaged or lost equipment. Late returns will be charged a $10 fee and the additional day rate. Please schedule your pickup and dropoff according to the gear library hours.
Sorry, we do not provide refunds for gear that is returned early or unused.
