Charvice started making memories in the outdoors hiking around Mission Peak in Milpitas on school trips. After high school, Charvice joined a construction fellowship and became interested in the trades. Charvice found out about BAWT through another internship program, joined the BAWT staff as an intern for Fall 2024, and was hired to the BAWT staff at the end of the internship. Charvice loves the snow, hopes to learn more about the outdoors, and is making future plans to go hiking with her cat.
